That guy with the 5 MKVI's ended his auction.
He sent me a paypal request for 1 for $400 shipped to Australia, i asked for express shipping so i could track it online, he asked if it was ok to just do normal priority, i said i prefer express for piece of mind and will gladly pay a little extra to cover it, he then said no worries he'll just ship it via express anyway........... then he cancelled the paypal request and his auction on ebay, and he hasnt replied to me since...

Yeah, picked one up off the 'bay. A UK only sale. Not cheap, but cheaper than any other I'd seen.

Something weird.
So I won a MkVI yesterday on eBay - very happy.
I paid using PayPal immediately (I always do).
I've got a receipt from PayPal saying money was sent and that seller has been asked to ship the figure.

Weird thing is, when I view my bought items in eBay it says payment is "pending"
I've not had that before, anyone know what it means?

Are they checking my Credit Card? Do you think there is an issue with the sellers account? Making me a bit jittery!

I think when its pending paypal are doing some security checks, been a while since I had something similar tbh

Yeah, I did a bit of digging, the money has definitely been paid from my account, hasn't been "accepted" by the buyer.

They either need to log into PayPal and accept it, or, EBay has put their account on hold for some reason. :-/

Happened to me a while ago, turns out the seller entered an incorrect email address, money was returned to my paypal account BUT was put on temporary hold for approx 5 days, so i had to wait until it cleared and for the seller to correct his mistake before i could send payment again.

how did the funds not get cleared? Ive used paypal for years now and whenever someone sends me money it shows right away.. Glad you got this, let us know if it actually arrives

The bizarre thing is that, although the funds show up at you right away, it sometimes takes a few days for it to come out of their bank account.
I have occasionally checked my bank statement only to find a paypal payment that was sent a week and a half ago, only JUST being taken from my account.

If you're able to get one, definitely do it. Still my favorite armor, love the triangle reactor, BD parts, lots of extra accessories, and looks awesome next to War Machine.

Congrats! Enjoy it! Cherish it! I still enjoy it now as much as I first got it 2 years ago! This is one amazing figure. You will no doubt find it a good decision to get it down the road. I can only hope that the new Mark VII will be just as good. May I suggest you also acquire the Mark IV Tony HS to complete the whole package? I also suggest you remove the batteries as they might leak over time...Enjoy!
