Finally bought mine along with War Machine. It wasn't cheap but now that its in the Detolf it was worth it to me.

Congrats, the Avengers version is a grail piece. I love the action the MKVI got(fighting the drones, fighting Thor, jumpstarting the helicarrier). It was a must for my collection.

Thanks kinda excited. I know the seller as I've bought from him before. I just have to wait till I finish my business trip then wait a week more for it. Then finally, I can enjoy it

Its going to run you about $450-$650. Pick up the Iron Man 2 version if you can it comes with more pieces.

IM2 Mk VI is the better deal. It started all the craze for battle-damaged iron man.

IM2 Mk VI is the better deal. It started all the craze for battle-damaged iron man.

Totally agree, and still one of my favorite armors. It was like getting a DX version of Iron Man back then, with the base and all the extra parts, and for only around $200.

I wouldnt count on it. Howard has expressed the irritations that diecast has caused and has gone on to say that the only plans HT had at the time was doing the Mark III. Whiplash MKII was already announced

Yeah, I've seen a couple of mentions around here about possible die cast remade armors but I haven't seen anyone provide proof or a link to Hot Toys mentioning it. I probably won't get one in a while anyway unless I can find a new one for $375 or less without the pinking panties. Don't see that happening soon though, both the Avengers and IM2 are way overpriced.

I prefer the IM2 version anyway since it has the clean chest plate instead of the Avengers one where it has a prepainted scratch mark on the right. The Avengers head sculpt is pretty nice though.

The only mention of any other diecast reissue after MKIII is a negative according to Howard...or so ive read on other threads.
