Ha, I emailed Blast From the Past last night to see if they had any HT Hawkeye figures left. Just got their reply:

"Yes, we do have them, but they are going fast. They are $249.99. We should still have them if you come in today."

I called toyanxiety an hour ago and they said they were just waiting on UPS to come pick up the packages. So I would guess it would be to me by Thursday. Strange I heven't gotten a shipping notification via e-mail. I've never ordered anything from them before though so I don't know how they work.

What state is Toy Anxiety in? I'm trying to gauge when BBTS will receive their shipment.

People want the entire team, he is part of the team, he is sold out, people are willing to pay more to get him.

I've heard people say if they can't get all of them , then they don't any. Collectors are seeing this as a set. If this was just Hawkeye from the Thor film, I probably wouldn't be very interested

And then there are Hawkeye fans and Renner fans, theses people have............. different motives

Well that sounds promising. I've never ordered from them before either. They seem like they've got it together though. Of course, only when I have the figure in-hand will I be able to say that with confidence. Thanks heaps for posting this information!!

I'm as new at this as you are. I do think that everyone raving about how much they like the figure helps fuel the fire, at least on forums like this. And I agree that plenty of people are going to go all in for the whole set. I will probably get all of them except Fury.

I'm going to do my best to get him for as close to retail as possible, but the more people who spend $250+ for him, the more people wil ask as much.

I certainly won't fault any seller for getting as much as they can for something, that's how you run a business.

Speaking of business, the thing that I don't understand is why Hot Toys wouldn't make more of a figure if there is uch a demand for it when it is first released. Seems like they would be leaving a good amount of money on the table if they don't.

I would hope that another wave or two come in over the next few weeks. SSC obviously has a waitlis and they can see what the demand is.

Why let others profit because of a lack of production, when they culd just make more figures and make the profit themselves?

I checked SS today and it still says that it is wait listed. That's interesting because it doesn't say "sold out." They might come into more of them and convert their wait list.

me either. I only posted it because someone was talking about a place that had it for $249.99. I wanted to let people know there were some options. the place for $249 probably doesn't have free shipping

this figure just came out. it should be retail. I have big respect for the boardies who sold it at retail. these other sellers are pretty much scum.

I am sure that they made a extra 20,000 give or take. Wait you will see. After all its business 101..

EBay prices are through the roof but that's because some people are actually paying those prices. I can't fault a store for pricing it higher than retail...their business is to make $$$. It is up to us if we pay it or not.

I would be careful with EBay too...I've heard some bad stories when people buy from sellers outside of the US.

Good luck if you are looking for one. Keep an eye on the sale thread. I've seen 2 this week go for retail price.
