Damn that really sucks. But than again I didn't think I was going to assemble the team. Maybe I should get doubles and use for trade.

You and a fair few others, it seems. But seriously, HT figures rarely sell out quickly these days, I think it caught a lot of people off guard.

isn't that the truth. i thought these would be around for months after release. i'll just have to find them on the secondary market at some time.

I think the idea of HT making a complete Avengers group got more of the scalper/flippers involved than usual and alot more of the Hawkeyes (and later Nick Furys) got bought up.

I think lot of people weren't expecting this to sell well and so they
didn't pre-order, planning to grab HE once in-stock or available in
the secondary market once prices went down.

HT then read the low PO count as low demand, and so they
decided to produce a relatively small quantity.

Now you have those people who planned to wait left with no Hawkeye
at all. :panic:

Just a theory though. :wave

Well i'm slowly getting out of the collecting game, and have a Hawkeye and Fury to sell in the UK only, got other hot toys too and a Avengers Cap to list at some point

187 days and $400 later.. :lol

I watched Jeremy on The Graham Norton Show on BBC1-HD last night and it was to promote his new film. With him was Gemma Arterton. The third guest was LITTLE BRITAIN's Matt Lucas.

Sadly, I felt that Matt (a person for whom I have a lot of time and of whom I am a big fan usually, more so than David Walliams) showed a bit of bad form by taking over the show. He wanted to answer everything, even the questions that were aimed at the other 2 - dare I say bigger? - guests. Moreso, it seemed to be with Jeremy more than with Gemma.

I felt bad for Jeremy really, he seemed a bit like a wasted guest after his initial couple of minutes. The section with his 'lunges' was very amusing. And the bit about 'mad' fans.

Odd. That's the first time that I have seem ML misjudge an interview and run all over the other guest's replies like that. I know that this is how GN's show goes to a certain extent, but for it to be so very one-sided was a misjudgement on both Lucas' part, who really should know better by now, and by Norton's part, who should have tried to reign him in a bit.

never thought i'd be commenting on Graham Norton on this forum but first for everything i guess!

I did miss the first 10-15 mins but from what i did see Jeremy's treatment shall i say as a guest was pretty crappy, which is odd as i think GN's show is actually one of the better chat shows, mostly i think for his ability to manage the guests and normally get some good quality 'usage' out of them..

But it was almost as Jeremy was ignored, he must of only said 5-10 words in what i seen, as for Matt Lucas (who i'm not a massive fan of, can take it or leave it really) it was verging on a little rude really, i'm no prude at all but some of his remarks were a little off the mark if you ask me..

Looked to me like his ego had just took a massive boost in the wrong direction..

PS - Delia Smith had to be pissed surely.

I liked the little comment by Jeremy, somewhat buried in the sound-mix, after they showed a still of how ML looks in his new film (in his tighty-whities) JR could be heard saying "This is a comedy, right?"

Got one these dudes in local Forbidden Planet, for a very nice price. Especially considering the ebay prices.
