MC Toys is not affliated with Hot Toys as far as I know. I believe they are an offshoot of ZCWO and make their own stuff.

It looks like an accessory set, but who knows until the official reveal is done.

Fyi, the MCtoys accessory set (MC F-011A) is just for the tank & pants/belt. Not sure where the jacket comes from.
