I like the sculpt and have indeed POed this - via the affiliate link, thanks DLD - as I don't want to regret it later on. Good old Flexpay

I think it looks like her but is still not quite 'on' I am happy with it as it is but if HT tweak her up just a bit (oooo-er!) it could be brilliant. The clue was in the PF sculpt someone put up earlier in the thread.

Scarlett has slightly fuller cheeks and beautifully plump, full lips. This figure is slightly light in these areas. Tackle this and it will be a dead-on SJ reproduction.

Plus don't forget, this is the first figure full reveal since the sublimely excellent LOKI, which was so good that it can only colour your view of the next one to a certain extent, this was always going to draw a fair amount of comparative attention.

HK Figure Club interviewed Howard Chan recently. Here are the highlights of the interview :

-Hot Toys will launch 7 or 8 characters from The Avengers.
-Hulk is in progress, the body will not be fully Rubber.
-Black Widow will have a new body and hair are sculpted.
-Loki suit will be the one of The Avengers, the Thor Suit Version was canceled.
-Captain America Golden Age Version is still scheduled.
-Tony Stark Race Suit Version and Whiplash Armor Version have been set aside because of an overloaded schedule.
-The X-Men First Class range is almost complete, it will be announced soon.
-The license Green Lantern was canceled.
-The licences of Iron Man 3, Superman Man Of Steel and Wolverine will be exploited.
-The next Star Wars figures should be Anakin and Han Solo, followed by a character from Episode II.
-Rambo or Rocky should be a DX but are not yet in production.

Suit looks good but upper torso looks a bit too skinny.

I think what Howard said in the Interview was, he wanted swap out hair so it could be sculpted and real but Yulli was against it and she only wanted sculpted.

If the licensor wanted rooted hair, at the end of the day, Howard Chan can't do anything if he wants the figure to get released. Do we need to bring up the all examples again of the times that the sculpt has changed b/c the actor/licensor did not approve? Any time between that interview and now the licensor could've said "no, we want the real hair, not sculpted anymore."
