ahh yes my bad

went back and saw the original photo. still doesn't look bad. baggier pants is all that's required. Neo's upper body area of the photoshop pic looks a bit like a turtle


while I would normally agree, but if I'm going to make some custom boots why not go all the way, right?

but even comparing screen shots you can't tell b/c the pant excess flows over the top. I wouldn't know it if the pics of the costume on disply weren't posted like every few pages when this thread was started

What's next, Bane's Shoe Closet of Shadows? I'd probably stick to the darker color.

i think the picture does illustrate how different lighting impacts our impression of what color a costume is ~ and why some people see the colors as just fine, while others think they need dyeing, etc.

which, i know, was not the topic, but just thought i would mention it.

Not really the right place but seeing as this is the Bane thread I figured i'd share a Photoshop painting of Bane I did with all you lovely people! Sorry about having to use an attachment, im clueless as to how to just post a picture normally Would really help if someone explained it to me. Hope you guys like it

There is DX 12, so he is not alone. I doubt the possibility of DX Bane. TDKR made more money, but it is less iconic than TDK and Batman Begins. They should have made more figures on the first part of the trilogy.

Unless Bane is going to be DX13 then yes he'll be released on his own and you know what? DX13 has already been taken

To post full size pictures you need to host the picture somewhere like photobucket or imageshack, then post the "IMG" directly in you post. No attaching.

The PERS on the DX12 looked fine, but HT did a tremendous job detailing the eyelids and all that so it helped.

Dont read into the numbering system that much. I dont think they go that systematically.

Anyways, dx is overrated. And after owning most of it, i think its unnecessary gimmick and makes the eyes look goggly.

I do as I've already pointed out DX01 & 02, 08 & 09 and 11 & 12 all Joker and Batman. The DX line is more than just the PERS as well.

DX Jack Sparrow and Indiana Jones were worth the price even though many had problems with the Indy DX. I've owned both and they were well worth the money. The DX Bruce Lee was alright. I haven't had the Luke but it seems alright and the DX 2.0 Joker looks great.
I can see where you're coming from though. Most of the DX Batman stuff has been pretty light on bells and whistles. The DX10 is pretty light as well, but it's a low enough asking price. The Nicholson Joker was way pricey(mostly due to licensing), but that fig is amazing in hand.

Not sure why people think this (Bane) will be such a good seller that it will get a DX.

Other than more Batmans and Jokers, HT hasn't risked DXing any of Nolan's characters. I think that will hold true.

I am looking forward to the DX Original Predator with googly eyes.

Bane won't get a DX version but I think the regular MMS version will sell out faster than most think.......
