Agreed! Whoever took that photo took the time to futz him and the pants, while still not baggy looking, not look as tight or normal size as they did before

What exactly is wrong with the outfit? Only thing that buggs me is the nose.

Coat has some missing details. The boots are wrong in that the top is supposed to have 2 buckled flaps and not just one

The vest is the wrong colour and the pants are not baggy enough.

Only thing that looks "wrong" with the vest is the padding that looks a bit more charcoal than a weathered silverish color it actually has

I preordered this last night. I've always found the Batman villains more interesting than Batman.

There have been 6 Batman DX figures. 3 Batmans, and 3 Jokers. Regardless of whether or not any of us think Bane is or isn't iconic, common sense would stand to reason that there will be no Bane DX. The badies of the Nolanverse.

Batman Begins

Ra's - no figures
Scarecrow - 1 MMS figure ( and not even with a HS of crane )

Dark Knight

Joker - 4 figures ( MMS, Bank Robber, Cop DX, 2.0 DX )
Two Face - 1 MMS figure

DK Rises

Bane - 1 MMS figure
Catwoman - 1 MMS figure


Sorry. IMO, there won't be any more DX Nolanverse Batman figures.

( unless they make a Joker 3.0 )

Not so sure about that...DX Batman Begins suit sounds like a sure thing for HT- they see the secondary market prices on the Toy Fairs version and the demand is still there for it..plus cowl would adapt nicely to PERS and be pretty important to the "look"..plus reboot at least 2-3 years away so HT will gert the urge for more more more Batman

Good call. I've seen it 4 times, and never thought of that connection.

If you want the figure to look even more ridiculous with googly eyes, yes, I agree with you.

These are the kind of details that I've never been bothered by. I mean the only possible way that would be noticed is comparing actual screen shots.

That's debatable, but I'd be willing to take that chance. There's a chance that it could wind up like Indy or the DX 12 Batman, but there's also a chance that it could wind up being up there with the DX 09 Batman, the DX 08 Joker, Sparrow, Skywalker, and the T-800 as being a figure that has good PERS, there's a 50/50 chance, but I like those odds, and, if it worked, it would work really well, as Bane is a character who would actually benefit from the eye movement (regardless of brow position, the eyes themselves CAN make a difference). Plus, when you look at figures like Elvis' in comparison to the HT, there's really no excuse. This guy makes something waaay more accurate with scraps than HT makes with their boundless resources? There's something wrong with that picture.

but even comparing screen shots you can't tell b/c the pant excess flows over the top. I wouldn't know it if the pics of the costume on disply weren't posted like every few pages when this thread was started

I think the pants are all that needs fixing. Hopefully you guys will be able to get them wet and stretch the calve area out enough to get that look. I still think stretching might work. I do it all the time with good success.

Actually, I could print it myself . The problem is that it is the only picture that is close to what Bane holds. The one this seller suggests is not that one, because Dent is leaning more forward in the TDKR picture.

There is DX 12, so he is not alone. I doubt the possibility of DX Bane. TDKR made more money, but it is less iconic than TDK and Batman Begins. They should have made more figures on the first part of the trilogy.
