I do stunt work mostly, with some behind-the-scenes work as well and I'm trying to get back into writing & animation for when I retire from the physical work. I've worked on most recently Captain Amerca: Winter Soldier & The Dark Knight Rises and some small work on Amazing SpiderMan 2 with respect to superhero films, and I'm about to work on BvS soon when they start filming the action scenes. Other than that, it's smaller projects & TV shows like Homefront, Other Woman, tv shows like The Blacklist, Law & Order, Suits, Girls, Banshee, etc.

Can anyone tell me what type of material the dome is made out of?

Which side is the missile launcher arm supposed to be on?

I thought no one would ever ask! The dome is a highly bio-degradable rubber and the missile launcher arm goes on his left. Also the ammo packs must face upwards.

already getting report of dome degradation on the new ED in a HK toy forum...the poster does expose his ED to sun sometimes. But then the heat + humidity in HK is just crazy so I am hoping my ED would fare better.

Aw God, I hope it's a few isolated incidents and not something too widespread.

I would think that rubber does worse in less humid, drier areas but that may not make a difference

Got my ED-209 decals today from Anthrapoid and I have slowly been putting them on. I'm just about finished and I just need to apply a few more and seal them and then I will shoot some pics. But they make the ED even sweeter looking for sure. For $20, it's the perfect add on.

guys, i finally opened mine. and boy, took me an hour to unbox and assemble him. but here is my questions:

1) the arms are hard to pop right in. i am not dare to disassemble this toy (afraid to break it). anybody disassemble this before? is there any risk to snap it apart?

2) i have BIG problem in raising its leg. i watched review on youtube and those guys effortlessly just lift up its leg. but mine is such a ***** to lift up. any tips??? any thing i am missing here??
