Why is Enterbay not jumping all over this and coming out with their own 1/6 ED-209?

Like their QC would be any better.

I'm fairly pissed off with Hot Toys at the minute. Not really sure what to do. I can't punish them in the way that I'd like and I can't punish them in the longer term by boycotting their stuff because lets face it, I'm still in for any T1/T2 figures they might make and as long as the larger black portion of Robocop isn't rubber I'm still in for him. So....... I'll be buying less, but I'll still be buying. And I was gonna be buying less anyway even before this.

No one´s talking about NOT being pissed off and also not boycotting everything they do.
It´s just that we gotta show´em that we don´t take **** on THIS kind of massive figure.
They NEED to reciprocate, simple as that.
Bear with us, man.
It´s help for self-help. We change this and show´em that they need to step up, or otherwise, sooner or later support from US WILL break down.

That´s exactly the mentality they´re calculating.

Their license probably doesn't encompass 1:6. They could theoretically make a 1:6 Robocop 3 ED-209 if it did.

I don't think they would though. They abandoned their proposed 1:4 endoskeleton.

A bit yeah, I emailed him earlier to see what he has heard about it. It's not really his issue though.

Well, i make a point of keeping my FB stuff work orientated so I don't mix the two. So I can't.

That's good to know. I've been thinking about getting the EB Batman, and while it's not rubber from what I hear, It's nice to see that EB isn't having the same issues.

A lot of us have been here before though man. Some of us several times (DX02, Watchmen, MARS ATTACKS etc), and found that it generally achieves nothing.
I've emailed HT, and my HK dealer, I don't do FB posting for this stuff. If I had bought from SS I would be demanding a replacement or a refund.

Right now, there are no other options available to me, except to voice my opinions on the subject?

Like Rory I keep facebook separate from the hobby quite deliberately. Though not for work reasons in my case.

All the ED209's are gonna go the same way. There is a tide of **** coming HT's way, that's inevitable I guess. Worse than the scratched 89 Batmobile fiasco or the DX02 oil issue.
