Well I've got the HT ED already paid for, just waiting for it. If this Ultimate ED is as what you say there's always the option of selling the HT version.

Fully licensed replicas, they will be available for PO soon.
Yes, price range should be around a grand or a little more.
When this one will be released, HT ED-209 value will drop, dramatically.
If you want to get the best ED-209 ever, you should think twice before pulling the trigger for HT if you haven't done it yet.

Ah, well. I don't care that much about having a 100% accurate ED-209 to be honest. I'd still be interested in seeing it but I don't want to pay that kind of money. HT will do for me.

Are they doing Robocop aswell?

Don't think HT's prices will be affected in the least. It's two different markets.

A grand?? Jeez. There I was thinking the HT ED was a steep price. The HT version will capture the presence of ED for me, although like a-dev I'd also be interested in seeing this version from FLR.

100% accurate replica ;)
If you're looking for an articulated figure, HT might be a good choice.
If you're interested in a true replica, then hold off HT just like I did.
Save the money and the space to display this bad boy, 'cause there aren't no room for two ED-209.

:postpics:

Yoshi, I love your sig every time I see it. :yess:

Lucky me, I POed mine from amiami, didn't pay a thing yet.
We will have an official announcement for the ultimate ED-209 before august and I will cancel my HT ED order in a heart beat.
The time of inaccurate toys is over, a line of state of the art Robocop collectibles is coming.
Soon, very soon.

This is a "we" because you are part of this company, or is a "we" as a consumer group?

This will be articulated toys or static replicas of the Studio Models?

So you're saying it will put HT's 209 to shame and you've yet to even see a picture?
Who said I haven't seen it yet?
The official pictures are coming soon and you will be blown away if you're a statue collector and a Robocop fan.

i wonder why is there somebody in action figures thread talking about action figures suck while statues are cool?

Cain MKII, can you disclose what is going to be released? ED and Cain and Robo?
I'm not allowed to give any details for now but the waiting is almost over ;)

i wonder why is there somebody in action figures thread talking about action figures suck while statues are cool?
Who said that? Not me.
I collect myself action figures. I still have the first released Robocop and ED-209 HT figures.
My point is about accuracy.
What I say is if you want an ED-209 figure, HT might be the best around for a long time.
Now if you're most interested in a studio accurate replica , then maybe you would like to save your money.
It is quite an expensive hobby we have and such massive line of collectibles is very room consuming.
When time will come, I will be allowed to open a thread in the props/statues topic.

you did, for a whole weekend already.

I still have the first released Robocop and ED-209 HT figures.
i don't as they were crappy.

My point is about accuracy.
i'ts clearly not because of the above.

When time will come, I will be allowed to open a thread in the props/statues topic.
so until you aren't allowed to post news on a statue board, you feel free to spam about it in an action figure thread, saying no one should buy a figure as some crappy replica might appear one day.
