Such an amazing piece. Can not wait for this. If I hadn't preordered from AE, I would be getting one early from HK. But alas, I will wait.

that seam is awful, but i hope it's the one and only issue with the figure, seen only in super macro.
all those wires. i just watched all scenes with ED. all wires are just like they should look like. i cannot even believe it's HT, it's way over their heads.
so happy i purchased two to get all possible poses!

im not too worried about the rubber at all, the previous piece came out almost a decade ago so i cant hold it against the new stuff coming out
if it does rot, then i guess my hulk and 89 keaton figs are in trouble too! but again, i wont worry about it until there is a reason
i think mine should be here next week, ordered monday am, shipped tues my time(wed hk time)

The biggest disappointment after opening this was that it didn't come to life and walk.
It looks so good that you expect it to move. My other half went "wow" when she saw it but then
asked me to turn it "on". Sigh...

I want this but do I really feel like dropping $400 for this? I'm in a debate on what to do. I may just wait and see if I can get it for cheaper. It's definitely an amazing piece to own but for the price it should of been a bit cheaper.

I had planned to get Iron Patriot this month, Ed 209 next month, and Banner/Hulk set in Sept. Both Iron Patriot and Hulk/Banner were on preorder.
Well as many of you know they pushed up the ($510) Hulk/Banner set to this month, and pushed Iron Patriot to next month, so now I have to wait until June to get Ed 209. I REALLY hope he doesn't sell out before then, because I REALLY want him, but my wife will kick my butt out the door if I try to spend a grand on toys in one month. I try to keep my toy spending below $500 in one month.

Toe articulation looks ace and from your pics so does everything else.
Seems are necessary, so no bummer for me.
And good thing there are no batteries, but maybe trying it out either way.

Actually there were batteries in the remote even though it said they weren't included. The body takes an additional 3xAAA.
I feel a bit dirty saying this, but the sound function is quite fun, very loud. They did use some original material as you can hear the boardroom screams at the end of clip.

I mean specifically the legs, arms and upper body. I'm concerned about it possibly falling over if say the legs are hollow.
