nope this is not. only evil superman, joe colton and star-spangled cap are the toy fair exclusives. the rest were just released or shown at the fair.

Awesome! This is one figure I am very excited for and finally glad to have the exclusive on order! The wait also isn't as long as the Silver Centurion, so that's nice.

If he came with a clean head I'd be all over this figure. I'm just not that big a fan of how Hot Toys paints blood and bruises. Probably why I am selling my Tech Noir Terminator.
