November? That is complete bull____. The fig has been ready for at least a month. Something is going on if they're talking about a Nov. release.
It doesn't look like anybody, least of all Don Cheadle.
But while they are at it, would it kill them to show us the Tony Mark IV sculpt yet? They've really jumped the gun on the Iron Man figures and the RDJr heads not being ready/approved yet. At least show us the dounts and sunglasses in the mean time
Waiting for these 1/6 figures is annoying. I know its apples to oranges, but Hasbro and other toy manufacturers releases their toys either a month or the same month the movie releases to capitalize on the craze. Its will be 6 months from when the movie was released till we see the main figure from the movie?
You also have to look at the quality and inaccuracies Hasbro makes as well to get them out in time. HT didn't even start making figures from Iron Man 1 till almost a year after the film came out. So the fact we have them announced at the time of the film is a lot better.
If you want something shotty and of general poor quality, sure HT can crank it out just as fast. But if you want your $160+ to be well spent, then its going to take some time to get it done right. I don't know about you, but I'd rather wait a few more months and have it done right than have something rushed and be a piece of crap.
Sounds great, hope for a hope igniting answer, Razatron.
@lerath: I never got any automated ones...
Yeah I've never gotten automated ones either lol.
I must say they are polite in answering. I remember asking if they had any plans on a Punisher War Zone, Punisher. I mentioned it would be a great opportunity for accessories similar to Blade II. They replied with a 'Thanks for the support, we will look into the idea and see what our sculptors think' Now the chances of them doing that.... slim, however for them to say it , very polite
Maybe they are fixing the issue of certain parts of the paint job fading. Those who are in a rush remember the the fiasco with rushing the DX02. I rather them delay then sacrificing QC.
