That scene was totally BA! Of course the haters have said that the scene is contrived and the film doesn?t show her earn her freedom/BA-ness but it was super cool In my opinion. I wasn?t thinking about stuff like that as she mentally had her show down with the SI and broke free in the real world glowing like FIRE. All I could do was think, damn that?s BA; now time to kick some A!

By the way, I finished my 2nd kitbash:

Yeah I that scene is so BA, even just as scene on its own it still would have a big impression on me, as well as other moments from the film.

Nice bash!!! I'm still cautiously waiting for my SW set so I can have another look and recreate some of my fav scenes!!!

As a big fan of kitbashes, I’d love to know exactly which SW set you are looking to bash? I still have the clothing set in a box from the beginning scene of CW.

LOL I mean that SWToys Danvers set, I plan to do a body swap with a seamless body since I'll be displaying her withut the jacket

As far as IW/EG SW, it seems like everyone thinks it’s a great idea to release her except for HT’s. Perhaps the test footage they’ve seen u Derek NDA from the show is making them more excited to offer TMS SW figures in her stead. In my opinion, I know she’s wearing the essentially same outfit from CW/IW & EG but her hair is so red in EG fighting Thanos it looks like fire and her eyes turn red which would look cool with some LED swappage ala JL Supes!

I sure do hope though, since the aftermarket for SW is pretty high and I I'm looking forward to adding more super heroines to the collection, AND I want to recreate that A-Force shot from the EG final battle!

I missed out on the Hot Toys version and have been waiting for them to make a newer version. I have seen some on eBay but I don’t want to pay a prices that high. This Fire Toys version is really inexpensive but I don’t know anything about them. I only have figures by Hot Toys so I don’t know what to expect.

Anyone out there have any figures from Fire Toys?

This Fire Toys version is really inexpensive but I don’t know anything about them. I only have figures by Hot Toys so I don’t know what to expect.

I haven't gotten any personally, but I've seen reviews of a few and the quality is definitely good enough. I have the first Age of Ultron SW, so worst case scenario, I use the Fire Toys outfit on that.

Has anyone really articulated the figure to see what it actually does to the suit? Is it like a Spider-Man that wrinkles but then relaxes over time? I might just pick her up and find out for myself anyway, but just wanted to check.

Yeah I vigorously posed one of my figures and got her into an array of poses, and after setting her back to neutral the suit does revert back. Though the most time I've left my figure posed was for about half a day and it was fine. On a similar note, be careful not to pinch the suit on the back elbow joints, but even then it only leaves a slight mark and doesn't bother me.

I stumbled upon a photos of another collector that really poses their figures dynamically, and wow they were able to pull off a Captain Marvel iconic pose!!!!! I was able to achieve a resemblance of the pose, but not to this extent!!!!

Just received the SWToys set, and I think the head sculpt/hair itself is ok, the jacket is good too. It wasn't difficult at all to disassemble though I'll only be using the NIN shirt, boots and belt lol The pants are too tight so I'd bought separately a different pair of dark jeans. Now just waiting on a separate body to put it together and have another look!!!!

Nooooooo, the NIN shirt doesn't fit the body I'd intended to use (it's a bit short so some belly shows) Ah well, I'll try to source a different one that'll work better
