She's far from guaranteed. There was an amazing custom I saw in pics on here which shows how cool she might look, I wouldn't hold my breath for hot toys though

Exactly, that would be suicide. Especially if you hold anything dear to seeing a movie and being surprised and pulled into the story for the first time.

You'd think so right? Like normally by now I'm out of there because of speculation and spoilers and such, but weirdly enough there hasn't been anything. It's refreshing

I’m sorry if this was asked before. What do you think the chances an Endgame version will be made? I know CM amd EG are so close together. I’m hesitant to jump on this because an Endgame version might have an imoroved likeness and blonder hair. The hair on this looks almost brownish. Her hair also looks straighter in Endgame.

I personally don’t think they will, but that’s just my surmise. I base it on them doing a BP from BP last year, but passing on an IW one.

Even if they do make a new one for EG, slim-to-none shot that they improve the likeness. Which I imagine is a large part of what would make anyone hold off for a later version. A new sculpt wouldn’t arrive until CM2 at the earliest.

That's my thinking as well, although HT may just go all-in and ride the Endgame popularity wave for all it's worth. What would they have to change on the CM suit - the shoulders? Couple that with a rooted version of the existing head sculpt and they're done. Pretty cheap from a development cost standpoint. I'm not ruling it out just yet.

True but I think CM will have a much bigger role in EG than BP did in IW.

The Black Panther suit in Infinity War was also just the same one from his solo movie, which probably contributed to the decision not to make a new one (since there's no point). Captain Marvel's new suit has at least slight differences, so I guess there's a small chance they could make it.

I agree with you. The hair and shoulders might be different enough for HT to make another figure. We also do not know if CM will have new accessories or anything else in Endgame that can be added to a new figure. But if HT decides to release a new figure and I like the sculpt better, I might just buy the head sculpt. I like the colors of CM's suit in this version and it has a lot of accessories which I also like.
