Indeed. For me, the gold standard for the Spidey form is in the PS4/PS5 figures. Specifically, the advanced suits, 2099 suit, Negative suit.

Well those all have “gel padding” built into their suit design

And that's the way to do it. These padless spideys look like cosplayers in pajamas. You'd think something that's comic based they would accentuate the musculature, but its all pretty flat.
