Never been a big photo poster believe it or not but this figure was made for pictures. I started looking at Greek sculpture for ideas.

That's an awesome pose! Definitely looks like a pose from antiquity.

I was just playing around and I tried something that nobody has tried yet, a jumping, getting ready to slash pose and the God of War is gonna get it in a bad way. I also wanted to see how the shield would look on his back, it was a very experimental day.

great picture rtp, with this figure being a tad delicate, this more or less how i plan on posing him. this is so far the best Leonidas picture i've seen.

Thanks. Ive been pushing him pretty hard. The paint on the body seems to be the most fragile. I know there is the fear of the rubber tearing and stuff but I just like posing this guy. This is my favorite long pose and seems to be a pretty safe one.

Is there any risk that the rubber will dry up?
I would like to keep this guy for many years to come, he's not in direct sunlight. But Sweden has a really dry air climate which makes me worry.

If there is a risk, is there something you can do to maintain the rubber?

I have heard lots of stuff but like most things on this sight I see them as speculation. Keeping it out of sun light and not handling it that much because of the oil from your skin I'm sure is the best bet. Follow museum guidelines. I don't think anyone really knows exactly what the rubber is made of. Supposedly PVC but seems really flexible for PVC. Polyurethane rubber? Silicone?

Really thinking about buying this guy.

I don't think you'll regret it, and putting your old PF up for sale will mean you can indulge in a whole mess of HT 1/6th goodness!

He's a modern 'pop art' masterpiece, and I dont say that lightly!

I took a pic of mine from another angle.
In this pic you can see the only thing that i dont like about this figure.

The joint at the elbow does not bend lifelike.
