Tony designed these pants so that they don't fall off Banner when he transforms back and forth.

As Jack Napier once said...
Think about the future!

Stretchable pants make perfect sense now that Banner is part of a team and not trying to resist the Hulk, but that doesn't mean I have to like the new pants [emoji38]

I don't mind the spandex pants, I was just hoping it would be the purple color shown in the promo art, which everyone presumed he'd be wearing in the film but no shots showing this (yet) I know this one's screen accurate, I just don't like the color.

Yup. If you think about it, super stretchy stark science pants are more "believable" . Banner's regular pants shouldn't be able to stay on at all, with that much growth.
Pants = Iconic, Spandex = Modern. But of course people will make fun of it just because.

Why didn't Stark make a stretchable shirt? You'd think it'd still be embarrassing for Banner to transform back to himself and have his scrawny pecs on display.

each to their own I guess, would of thought a hunched over posture would of been better personally.

I was never buying this anyway so doesn't bother me really.

They don't need a second torso for that though.

do you mean the seams at the base of the arms? that puzzles me also

yes, underneath the arm pits. I guess they molded the pieces separately , but as a statue collector interested in this, it completely turns me off to it. Hopefully, they fix that.

I don't understand why the sculpted torso still has visible joints though???
Obviously they couldn't manufacture it as one piece, but even so the join lines are razor thin. It's crazy to me that it would be picked-up as a flaw. Pose wouldn't even be possible with the articulated arms and no way will a normal person notice that on display.

Hulk Smash torso is cool but I am happy with my original version. I was never expecting to purchase this one anyway since I am happy with the first one. Bring on the next reveal!

Depending on cost I might grab this guy and the pants from the original Hulk. I missed out on the Avengers I release and my shelf is sorely lacking some smashing power but if this guy is $400 I don't know if I can justify it.

The only figures I'm planning on getting from this line are Cap, a red Ultron drone, a sleeved Thor if they do one, and Nick Fury. Don't wanna miss out on him a second time.

Seriously, all thread titles should be like Hologram's. I vote for only Hologram being able to start figure spec threads. :lol

yeah I get OCD nuts about them all looking similar :lol :slap

I'm the same as you guys. I like uniformity with these things. We never get it though, people rushing to be ''first'' who don't care how they format the title and the opening post.

Even worse is when the OP lets his image hosting account die or something and then you no longer have easy access to the pics on the first page of the thread.
OR
The Hot Toys Stormtrooper thread which has never had the official pics and specs in the first post at all.
