I hope they don't make the black lines so bold. In the movie, they're a lot less evident and the entire suit looks more fluid. The bold black detailing lines are just too harsh and ruin the overall look IMO.

I do like the Raimi spiderman suit better. It's more classic looking. But this looks really nice too. I plan to purchase it as Spidey is in my top (only) 3 fav superheroes.

Also the neck is inaccurate. For once the neck should actually be longer.

I don't mind the film suit design but the figure doesn't replicate it well at all - the red should have blue seeping through it

Yeah and it looks too much like fabric. The red is alright but the blue is just wrong.

Not impressed. Black Spidey appears to be the best 1/6 Spider-Man so far.

I think the printed mesh is throwing off the look. It's too faded. I wonder if a darker, glossy print would look better.

Well maybe they had to sacrifice accuracy for pose-ability, the fabric(given that is what it is) be it inaccurate would still be miles better then a full rubber suit even if it's not truly accurate to the movie costume.

What is a bigger fail? A figure with inaccurate costume material or a spider-man figure that can't pose for ____?

I think if the textured part on the blue was darker and glossier it would mesh better but as is, its just too much of a contrast difference with the rubber looking red. They NEED to change that!

Just love it. The design is even better then the original.

But I agreed with the neck. It should be longer to be similar as Garfield´s...

I've been stating it should come with a loose mask. It's something every SM fig has been lacking. (or make it an exclusive) A camera would be nice!


Probably a bunch of webs i'll never use though. (But i dunno, maybe HT will go a different route this time)

I am looking forward to the movie and this figure but I'm still skeptical about Garfield as Spider-man. Seems a little TOO nerdy. Ah well, I shouldn't be so picky and just go in with an open mind.
