Hot Toys Announce Batman Returns License

Man, if I had a nickel for every time someone on Hot Toys' facebook wall posted "Batman Returns" or "Back to the Future", I'd be a very, very rich man. It's insanity! Literally every event comments section has "BATMAN RETURNS!" "BACK TO THE FUTURE!" "WHERE ARE THEY, WHERE IZZZZ THE TRIGGERZZZZ!"

Stuff a sock in it.

I for one am happy to see some people on facebook still have a brain. Its way better then seeing all the mindless losers who clamor for Iron Man Variants, Jokers, and Predator variants...oh and guess what the exclusives this year from Hot Toys are...

Keep reassuring yourselves bros, it still won't happen. Hot Toys ways are as unpredictable as the weather.

I can't even picture a proper Returns Batman, let alone a Penguin from them at the rate they're going. Seems too unique and different from them and not really a safe prospect as far as business goes. I'm still not convinced that they've actually made them. The announcement seems like a ploy to bolster interest in them as a company than anything else. Just look at what some of these announcements have done publicity for them, gets people talking.

Unfortunately, I tend to agree with you Fab. The R & D alone for a Penguin figure is a risky cost when put against the want factor of Returns releases.
They need mass market interest, not niche.

I hope I'm wrong. I really do. Maybe we will just get a Returns Batman, that would be reasonably easy for them.

I don't see how this figure could go wrong. Nicholson Joker was one of Hot Toys' best. Also a niche market.
