Hot Toys Announce Batman Returns License

I can see all three being DX's, myself, And probably around and upwards from $265 +. Catwoman may be cheaper, but who knows with the way HT has been lately.

Batman should be around the same cost as the first Keaton release, although we'll hopefully get a Keaton (ripped mask) head, so it could well be more. I'm hoping for that awesomely cheesy remote-control Batarang as well.

I'm hoping Catwoman gets the two body treatment (or two releases - although that would end up costing more in the long run). One body as her normal self, the other battle damaged with unmasked head and crazy hair.

There are tons of options for Penguin, but I hope Hot Toys goes with the Mayor looks and gives him tons of umbrellas.

If they go the DX route for each, and they probably will, I hope we get Batman with the additional ripped cowl/Keaton sculpt, Catwoman with alternate BD outfit and head, and Penguin with full mayor outfit that can be stripped down to battle damage look with a second headsculpt.

If they did that, I'd buy 2 of each to display both looks.

Mouth plates for this Catwoman would be utterly stupid - perish the suggestion immediately!

Now.. two heads would be much more logistically possible - as well as aesthetically pleasing. One standard masked head, & one more emotive face with a torn mask - make it so HT.

I wouldn't dismiss the idea of PERS personally either - it'd be perfect for Michelle's big baby blue/greys..

Not a big fan of the amor change but I am going to still this BATMAN. As long as there is no NIPPLES on the suit I'm buying.

I may pass on the returns Batman but it really depends on what comes with the figure.

The only one from this line that I' 100% picking up is going to be the Danny Devito Penguin!! Can't wait for that reveal.

Agrees. I'm on the fence about the Returns suit. I actually felt it was a step backward. However it's Keaton so that'll probably carry me through to buying it. Catwoman and The Penguin are guaranteed buys

I'm optimistic, and hope they are at least teased before the release of the batmobile (may 2013), i mean, this will increase the sellings on all the line.

I expect Penguin in hand Dec 2013 (naturally fingers are crossed). Passed on the 89 Batman. I figured I'll get more BANG for the BUCK with the Returns as it should be similar to the Rises Batman with three plates and a Alternative head.
Not a Hardcore Batman fan so I never noticed the difference in the suits until Returns was announced.

I too want the torn off bat cowl. That is the only reason I'd buy one. Oh and of course a Michael Keaton HS.

On another note... Subzro... is that Iron Man photo the one I posted? LoL! I was going to change mine to that when I got a chance. Oh well.

Agreed. The top three are a must, and Walken would be amazing. Alfred and Gordon would be icing on the cake.
