It's ridiculous considering that it looks like very good basic Wolverine, but does not look like Hugh Jackman. It looks more like Dougray Scott would have turned out if he hadn't needed to finish re-shoots on M-I:2

As for the RETURNS version of BATMAN, I suspect that these are pretty much one-and-done figures. As there were not silly numbers of costume changes in the film (eg three suits of armour per IronMan movie) at least not in the Burton ones, I suspect that these will be straight to DX for each, with everything you need for the differences contained within the boxes for the differences on all three figures.

Yes, that's why it's ridiculous, and he have no accesories... just a stand, that surely will be made in cheap plastic :slap, and he dosen't look like Jackman.
and I'm not talking about Batman, he will be a DX, very sure about that, with a keaton sculp and all...but the Penguin? and cat woman? I don't know... I can see a Dx Penguin with a lot of outfits, and a variety of umbrellas, but catwoman?
and if we are lucky they will not go with a batman 89 2.0 :panic:

Well Catwoman can come with two versions can't she? Her first night out 'purrrfect' costume and her split and torn 'showdown' version. That would also mean a second sculpt. That would be worthy of a DX a complete second costume and head, like with the Dark Knight DX01 Joker.

sure she can! but with the actual prices, I will say that a figure of selina like that, will cost $299.99, and for catwoman, that will be an easy pass for me.

Penguin's going to need a whole new body isn't he, he's shorter than other characters for starters and then there's the waistline :lol

Thanks for that DiFabio, that was excellent. Wow! HT's BAT figures have really got members here finding some great stuff about the movies. I loved that "No gloves, no emblem" photo a couple of pages back.

But just the sheer visual brilliance of this...

...even if you hate the film and the characters, the quality is there. Quality of the make-up, the design, the image, the detail, the lighting. Magic on screen.

I can see all three being DX's, myself, And probably around and upwards from $265 +. Catwoman may be cheaper, but who knows with the way HT has been lately. :dunno

I can see Catwoman being DX with several mouth plates.

That would be interesting. That hasnt been tried on a female release yet so that would be cool. Another battle damaged head sculpt with Hair would be nice too, but then there probably wouldnt be a BD body to go with it so :dunno

Extra switch out mouth pieces would be nice though! A "Smiling", "Angry" and a "Neutral" would be great!

If HT did it in Batman, why not in CW??

Because you'd have to do an entirely removable lower face in order to do it, as the gap would be hideous if you just did the jaw. Batman doesn't have the gap because only his mouth moves, and it's hidden by the cowl.
