Super Preds look like crap too.
The head/face of the super preds was hot liquid crap. The redesign of the feet was equally ridiculous and unnecessary. Everything in between the liquid crap head and the ridiculous feet I could take or leave.
I fail to see how the more elongated classic head is crap.
It totally fit them.. More crazy, more brutal, more wild..
Yes, that right! I think the forehead and the mandibles looked really stupid. There's nothing better than the classic or something slightly differend.
The feet were the most stupid thing..., I mean a Predator with boots how stupid is that.
Hrm, seems to be a nice discussion over the Super designs..A Predator with boots is stupid, but a Predator with sandals isn't?
Go play with your creepys little guy...
...couldn't have said it better myself.Troll on...
The thing I love about Narin's kits, though, is that they look like artistic interpretations of Predators, unlike the Samurai fig in question. Narin has a sense of realism to his preds. He could make a completely new design, even with the patterns on the head and body, and still make it look predator-like with its application and coloration. The armour, though is totally artistic, and I think that's the point of these interpretations. Armour is unique, body patterns are unique, but the whole look and feel, still feels like a Predator.
This Samurai Pred, as much as you want to call the body-builder body artistic, at the end of the day it's just that, a humanoid, exaggerated, human-lookalike body. Nothing artistic about that.
Do you mean "creepy little guys", or are you calling me "little"...?
Either way, here's a nice Hot Toys logo for you to masturbate to:
Don't like it, don't buy it.
Here's one for you:
Man that looks awesome. This is my anticipated figure now. Sorry Jack Sparrow
