It just kills me when they know in advance this is a new James Cameron movie coming out. It's known to have the most amazing CGI to date. It's 3D etc. How did they not get a really good head start (just like all these crappy movies that just came out) on this and have stuff ready to go by now?? lol

Yet as soon as something like Prince of Persia comes out it's like: Surprise!! Here you go guys! Ready to coincide with the release of this new movie, that's probably going to not be really good, is a brand new PF!
Predators is another example. Here you go guys! Preview pics and ready to preorder just in time for this new rehash that's probably going to not be that great.

But for James Cameron and Avatar: Hmmm. Not sure guys. We better just sit on this one and see what happens. OH crap! IT's good and people like it!! Maybe if we hurry we can get something out 2 years later in 2011!!

SSC said we won't see Jake for quite a while after Neytiri. Considering she hasn't even been previewed yet I'd say yeah, probably a year or more for Jake.

Sideshow is up there with Enterbay for release dates. Show something in January, you actually forget you have it on pre-order when it ships that November. By the time it does ship, you're into something else, and down a chunk of money.

Wow seriously. The figures should have been previews or atleast been hinted by now. Comic con is the place for them to be shown. If thier not thier then i give up on waiting for these but that doesnt mean if they somehow do showup i won't buy. They pump out prince of persia and predators and terminator every three weeks but avatar is still nowhere to be found.

These will very likely get made, and if they don't then that's life.

You should check out the Joe forum once in a while. Those characters have been around since 1982 but some people carry on as if a new figure isn't previewed every 30 days the line will die.
