It's weird, because that's *exactly* what it is. But his sceptre *never* looked like that in AOU. It only ever looked like that when he was in Stuttgart in Avengers Assemble, lol.
It's the HT of old, mixing and matching different accessories.

I believe so, the one they had on the helicarrier held it horizontally, not vertically.

Also, noticed the cane version of the staff he's holding in that pic... guess that's exclusive too because it doesn't come with the regular one.

Well the one in the contraption was in AoU & the other one is from Stuttgart in Avengers Assemble. Considering this is an ENDGAME figure, anything beyond handcuffs and the Tesseract are accessories from other movies.
