Off the current subject how many think HT will change the gauntlet to what was actually in the movie or toss in an extra one. It would be odd to have Hulk and IM with a film accurate gauntlet and Thanos with the wrong one completely.

You know they will be talking about that in the HT meeting on Monday.

Entirely possible. They threw in a last minute lightsaber with TFA scavenger Rey after the prototype showed no lightsaber included.

True, to your first point.

To the second point... If Steve goes back in time with the intention of living his life with Peggy, he is not going to announce to the world "Hey, I'm here!" He would never get left alone. Chances are, he just lived a quiet, anonymous life letting the world continue to believe Cap was dead (until they found him).

WHICH, if I remember correctly, was done by accident. They weren't looking for Steve, he was found by an expedition. So Capsicle would be found regardless of whether the world knew Other Steve was among them (plus then he'd have some serious explaining to do.

So I believe Steve went back to be done with being a soldier.

BUT, I should also add and mention here that it’s entirely possible that Peggy in that documentary was covering for present day, time traveling Steve that came back to be with her. Perhaps being metaphorical in the sense that the man who Steve saved in TFA that ultimately became her husband, was himself. While also at the same time, being a great time-travel-secret-keeper.

On its face, it all seems kind of far fetched. But it seems somewhat possible when you start really profoundly thinking of the what ifs. It just depends what you’re willing to ignore and accept at the same time.

I don't think they'll just simply remove the gauntlet.. my guess is that they'll make the gauntlet detachable and a normal forearm armor plate to change

I really hope they add it. However they have allowed for 2 Gauntlets already. Something which I couldn't really understand why.

Perhaps they will simply swap out one for the Stark Gauntlet ?

Left and right normal hands exist already. Done

If I recall correct though...wasn't the Star Gauntlet on his right hand whereas his is on the left? Means we'd get both.

Yep, hence 4 pairs of normal hands. i.e left and right.

So they'd potentially give us a right Stark Gauntlet and a left original. Then swap out the normal hands accordingly for display.

Considering HT have currently allowed for 2 gauntlets costwise they do not have an issue.

Certainly. The assortment definitely supports it. It'll be interesting to see if they double down and do a swap or add them as additional accessories. I can't see them pulling the OG gauntlet for some reason.

No I hope not. I definitely want that ! Even if not entirely accurate.

The figure is currently only shown with one infinity gauntlet, not two. Having the IW version in hand, I can tell you the fist and articulated finger hands are interchangeable. The IW version just has a bent arm included. That’s the only reason there are two gauntlets with that version. The gauntlet does nit come off either arm so they have either found a way to make it removable or he actually comes with two left arms for with and without the gauntlet on the left arm. It’s just a shame neither version seems to have a snapping hand included - something the IW version really should have had with a year for HT to include it. So I’m not very hopeful of this Thanos coming with anything beyond what is currently pictured. Cap and Iron Man at least both had “additional accessories” listed on the “everything in the box” picture. Thanos doesn’t have that so I wouldn’t get your hopes up for anything more- even something as small and simple as Gamora’s balanced knife.

I only jest. I just thought it was a perfect place to insert that. :lol

Yes I don't think this new thanos will come with anything more either. I do think an accessory that could be used could come up, but packaged with another figure.

How to display the thread properly from my phone? All I am seeing are click click click on the threads.. thanks

It's because people are using the "spoiler" function. This is so people can make a comment about the movie but people who haven't seen the movie do not read important points about the movie.

It is just courtesy to those who have not seen the film.

You should also do this if you want to say something important about the film plot. The spoiler function is in the "Go advanced" button which I think is only available on the PC or web browser (bottom right).

Honestly at this point you shouldn't be in these threads if you are concerned about spoilers. Either go see the movie or stay away from threads like these which are specifically about the movie until you do.

I avoided this place for two weeks before i watched the movie :lol. I did not want to take any chances.

I usually wait for movies to be released on bluray and watch them at home with my beamer. But because of all these spoiler tags I decided to go to the theater tonight and didn't regret it :clap

You watch movies at home next to your BMW? Hmm, weird...but you do you! :lol
