This sums it up perfectly! :lol

Im let down that this is a VINYL Power Pose figure. Im hoping for a secondary full on release. If this is as good as it gets then I may give in down the line. But not now as it stands.

I was thinking maybe this would be a more affordable alternative to a fully articulated HB, but for about the same price I'd end up with a Mk 50. Eh, I guess will continue to be HB-less...

Having HB 1.0 I think I'd prefer a Thanos over this...only wish he came with a helmet option.

Well, the battery operated power source just killed it for me.
I was serioiusly considering this if this would have been an AC adapter plug in.

I dont know why HT doesnt consider even using that as an option since many powered things have an option for both ac or battery.
I dont ever put in the batteries cause I dont want to have to worry about the hassle of taking off all the batteries so it wont leak.

I actually love the approach HT did on this. Based on the videos I saw of the first Hulkbuster it had super limited articulation anyways, and a pretty boring pose at that. This is a great option I am actually very tempted by. No idea where I would put it though.

So its confirmed to not have AC plugin? The life-size version on display at the show had a plug at the base of the foot. Its strange they wouldn't just shrink it down considering it is a powerpose figure that will have hardly any moving parts so no need to worry about pinching wires or anything.

It's not that bad. It's mainly the legs that are limited but the rest is about as articlulated as a lot of my 12 inch iron man figures and better than a couple. Not saying it's great but it's far from the worst.

One thing HT should have included with this is a arm and hand to do a repulsor blast look.

I think if I get a new Iron Man it’ll be the 50 instead of this. Hulkbuster has never really been that appealing to me. I will say I think this is a smart choice by Hot Toys to make this a Power Pose figure and half the price rather than charging almost a grand a second time around on a regular MMS which has limited posability anyways.

I just noticed it it's made of vinyl. What is the difference compared to plastic figures? Any benefits with going with that material?
