I was wondering if sideshow, or anyone for that matter ever made a 1/6 version statue or otherwise of the 'Incredible Hulk'? That by far is my favorite rendition and would be cool to add to my Avengers ensemble.
From the SDCC artwork I like the Avengers Hulk so much more. First Hulk that looks like The Hulk. The version in the movie may not match up though, who knows.
- Big fan of Thor's different sleeveless outfit which also seems to have more mixed media in the chest piece instead of one solid piece of rubber.
- Only see the Mark VI in the trailers. My guess on the Mark 7 now is that they'll do something similar to the ending on IM1 where Stark has to be underdogged. Instead of the older chestpiece though he has to use an older armor (the Mark III) and has to do on-the-fly repairs to it to get it into working order. It's something that has happened in the comics numerous times as well. Usually with him having to use the Mark I.
- Looks like the Hulk does in fact look like the SDCC poster from what little we see. I like.
- Some great shots, I love the one of Iron Man and Cap together in particular.
- Some great RDJ lines. Particularly when talking to Cap and Banner. It looks like from what little we see Stark and Thor will get along because of their shared bravado.
- Loki Loki Loki. We don't see a lot but I can't wait to see him as the big bad. He never really got the chance in Thor.
Uh, it's not sketches, it's a full blown promo poster set designed for SDCC and the Mark 7 has appeared in several other places as well. If it's not in the movie I will be very very surprised.
I dont think the VII will be cut from the film, just that version of it. The only place that version of VII shows up is two promo posters and a prototype toy...I dont know, maybe its just wishful thinking on my part that this version wont make it...
Occam's Razor man. It's less likely that something that appears in a wide range of promotional materials from comics to cross-sell toy art to promotional movie posters to actual toys is not going to be in the movie than to think it will be.
These movies cost tons of money and that would be a HUGE screw up.
