That old timer looks pretty damn good with the quills on IMO .

Yea I'm sure they can do so much better now. A p1 and p2 snap kit would blow right off the shelves. Or cosbabies even.

Come to think of it, the Micromen looked better than the AVP Snap Kits. I think the only HT miniature figures that were worth getting were the Aliens series, complete with Marines, normal and BD Aliens, and 1/6 egg containers.

extra roaring head, green blood on the regular head, the scar bio is a different shade of metallic gray.

About double the price for an extra head and a different box.

The anicom has a repainted Elder head to make it looks like an unmasked Scar. Looks cool but customizers such as Silent Surfer and Elvis1976 has done a better job than Hot Toys. I actually got Seb (Elvis1976) to repaint an elder head for me along with quills attached. Looks amazing.

So i finally got this "custom" Chopper pred i bought for $365 about a month ago. Not only did the seller not respond to me when i asked him 2-3 times when, or if it had been shipped, or respond to the case i opened, but the paint is all scratched up on the head of the Pred, the thing was all scrambled around in the box, there's _____ spilled on the plasma caster. I can probably find some more problems with it if i wanted to, also. It's sad because it just looks so beautiful, the custom spots on the head look bad ass.. If only this person didn't _____k him up . Oh, and on top all of that.. I'm pretty sure i'll have cancer from all the smoke that came with him..... This is the first time i've ever seen a HT AvP pred in person, and my god they beat all the others.. Just a shame this one is ruined. If i had any painting skills i would deffinately fix him..

Bummer, dude. But you run that risk whenever buying a custom figure. I'd say go back to the listing and check his condition description. Only thing you can do.

Yeah, i did. Doesn't mention any damage... Atleast i'll be getting $365 back. It's kinda funny, i've been trying to get an AvP Pred for a while now to fill in this spot in my cabinet thingy. Everytime i try to get one, somthing comes up. Eh, oh well, my mind is turning over to it's life-size bust mode now anyway.

Here are some pics i took.

The first pic is exactly how he was when i got him. His body was jammed in that part of the package, although it doesn't fit with the armor on, and legs. The chest armor, leather strap, and wristblades were laying loose there, where the chest armor goes. The custom ancient asia version mask was also laying loose there. I've noticed more chips in the paint, and even the sculpt of the head now, small..but still... The white/black spots are the custom painted ones, i would assume. They really look cool, it's just..the head is so f'd up. So in the pics showing the head, you can clearly see the spot where the paint is all scraped off. It feels, and looks like someone got the head and scraped it on the road..lol. Up, just noticed some small chips in the body too.. I really feel bad for this poor custom Chopper.. My favorite AvP pred destroyed.

Thanks, i haven't returned him yet, got'm yesterday. No matter what, i'm getting my money back for this.I don't understand why this guy is just ignoring the case i opened 8 days ago that has already escalated.......
