Not difficult really. just get a white t shirt and job pretty much done. Just gotta hope the sleeves can be unhooked
His pants are different too. If you watch the cafe part you can see that they are more like pants. Also the t shirt has some kinda logo on it.

Hoping someone who is using one of those universal AC adapter for the Delorean could give me a hand, guys. Lights on my Delorean are working fine when using batteries, but the universal adapter I bought (positive polarity, 4.5 V) is not doing the trick, and I believe the issue is the plug that connects it to the car.

I've tried the 5.5 mm / 1.5mm (external/internal diameter) connector and that one doesn't fit because the internal diameter is too small. Then I tried the 5.5/2.1 and 5.5/2.5 connectors and those two can be inserted into the plug, but I suspect that they're not the correct size and that's the reason the lights don't work. Could any of you using one of these universal adapterd check the dimensions of the connector you're using? Any help would be greatly appreciated...I'm going crazy here.

I'm planning on keeping my v1. I would however, like a mr fusion add on if at all possible for mine.

Keeping mine also. I didnt mod the car with extra wires and goodyear decals to sell it. Ill be doing the same mods to the hover one also

If the wheels can rotate down, I would probably prefer v1.0 too. While it's cool to have a flying car, it's still the DeLorean car w/ wheels to me and I like to have it look that way. The lights on v2.0 do look cool though. The free shipping perk is nice. How long is it for? Might flex-pay it as well, even though a Mr. Fusion would've been nice.

A cool yet simple exclusive for the part two DeLorean would be the rope with the flags from the end chase scene where Doc saves Marty from Biff.

That would be really cool. But I could probably make that. I was thinking Biffs broken cane.

No way I'd sell my pt 1 Delorean. It's bought and paid for and I'll just flex pt 2 when its released to have both representations on seperate sides of the room. Maybe when my son gets older, I'll let him pick one for his room :)

If I was certain V2 would be released (well...still no item number assigned yet) I would've waited.
I got V1 from HLJ sales last time and I'm loving it, so I'll probably end up with 2 Deloreans!
I'll recreate the poster shots with 2 Marty + 2 Delorean. I'm not so fond of Doc yet with current head sculpt. I'll get him if they improve the head sculpt (or throw in a 2nd head with different expression)

I just bought Version1 just to be on the safe side. Free shipping and reward points made it $600.

Although I absolutely love Mr. Fusion, I have an actual Krupps coffee grinder prop replica for fifteen years, one of the first things I ever bought on eBay.

BTTF2 version is unknown on price, wheel stability in street position a valid concern, and not even up for order.

I'm going to ask one of the digital artists if they would like to make a Mr. Fusion add on for the V1 DeLorean.

It's not *quite* that simple. The hubcap "reactor port" needs to be removed for the flat plate that the Mr Fusion rests on.
I recently considered picking up a spare PT1 Delorean to hedge my bets that the second one might not be released. But there were a lot of mods needed. Which partially put me off the purchase of a $700 item to permanently alter...

I grabbed 2 just in case to begin with. If I ever get around to it I planned to mod the second into either part 2 or part 3 because I'd like all 3 in my collection eventually. I don't mind the permanent mods because ultimately I don't plan to resell things and even with my mods I feel I could make back what I paid at minimum. It may even be cheaper for me to mod 2 v1 deloreans versus buying official releases. I think it's safe to say if p2 goes up for preorder it'll be another $100 more

I was wondering if a Mr. Fusion add-on could be designed as a cap to fit over the flat plate, without having to mod it.

Has anyone out there done touch ups to their Delorean? I'm tempted to fix the scuff marks on mine.
