I ordered delorean 1.0 day 1 and flex payments have begun a bit ago. For me the first movie delorean is a must have since I liked BTTF more than bttf2. But 2.0 delorean hovering ability and display option is really nice though. I hope hts surprise's us and just have both options available in one car. No reason they can't let us have both versions with one vehicle. Let us be able to put wheels up or keep them down. And be able to add blender Mr Fusion to car. If they do not do this or release the 66 batmobile, I will use my 500.00 reward points and buy delorean 2.0 then.

Yeah that would be nice, but they are doing 2 different Deloreans cause of the differences to the car and keep the features of each car to the respective movie. I seriously hope they didn't dupe us for the 66 Batmobile cause that would be cruel to Batman collectors. It's bad enough no villains will be made that I heard of.

If 66 batmobile gets canned after 3 years with no announcement, I will be crushed.

Me 2, cause if you're a person in your mid 50's, you were a child watching that car cruise the streets of Gotham on TV and every kid wanted that car. But back in those days, you had to settle for a small Corgi car of that Batmobile. Now they teased us at a 2012 comic con with it, but yet no definite word on when this will be coming out. That really sucks. I got way over 6000 RP for that car, but things are looking pretty grim.

But sometimes no news is good news. Hts has not said it is cancelled yet either. Still hoping for announcement at the 50th anniversary in 2016. The show introduced me to batman. I have huge nostalgia and emotional attachment to the 66 batmobile.

Yes, let's hope good news is coming for 2016, cause we really a need definitive answer after 3 years.

Sometimes I feel Hot Toys is just laughing at us as they string us along, building our hopes, making us excited and the second we're sure it's coming they announce it's been cancelled. Seriously HT, it's not funny. We just want one question answered, will this awesome car make it into my collection soon? Yes or no?

The weird thing that I saw on that link about the batgirl rumor, was that the posts there said that they were interested but are not likely to buy; either because it was too big or too expensive and that they were more than willing to settle for the mattel version.

I don't understand why this wouldn't get an instant buy. Many fans of this batmobile have waited decades for something like this.

I have the 89 batmobile and all I can say is that I am constantly amazed at the level of detail in it and not a day goes by that I am awed by it. The price was well worth it. To think that the 66 batmobile will be subjected to the same attention, I WANT it.

I second that on the 89. I cant believe when i first saw shots of it, i thought it looked to plastic. Iv had it nearly a year now and it really draws your eye in.

And this would top it for me .

89 batmobile is a sight to behold in person. I will never regret buying it or paying 800.00 for it. How much I love the 89, I know the 66 would blow me away. Hell, the pictures blow me away.

Yo my bro you got a great price cause I got mine early in the year and paid 825 ship included never opened from a guy on eBay who had 4 of them.

I don't want to say anything deragatory about HT, but they are in fact rude. I've emailed several times on their site about product, but they have never replied back to any of my questions. 1 of my questions: you guessed it, the 66 Batmobile. That's rude from a company that depends on us foreigners to keep their business afloat. At least here in America, we generally don't behave like to the customers. You can email Mattel, Hasbro, M2 and they all respond back within a few days. HT doesn't bother and that ain't right.

When Sideshow had this for sale I was like meh! No interest whatsoever.

Fastforward a few months later. I was browsing my local comic store and they had one. I was floored. I immediately went to BBTS and got one of their "damaged" ones.

I was pretty darn happy with the purchase. It was totally worth it saving $200 for a smudge on the hood.

Incredible product.

Nice discount for a smudge. But I am glad I have a perfect one that I paid full price for.

Did you guys pre-order this or bought it after release? I could have sworn I paid less than 630. (NVM - maybe after taxes it was around 630.)

Way back when CSC was still good, I was fortunate to pick this up in person, so I was able to save on shipping.

I bought it when stock was getting low before it sold out.
