Me, that could be his little laughing bag, it's a lame looking thing sure, but I find the gimmick in the movie funny and I'd enjoy having it for the figure.

Perhaps, but don't forget DX Jack Sparrow, that is amazing as well, IMO slightly more amazing than this, ever so slightly.

Indy comes with two separate outfits and two faces, this one outfit and one face. Pretty simple that this needn't be more than $220
