I'm looking at that sculpt - anyone think it'd be a relatively easy paint-job to make a second head into a flesh-colored version? And would the expression still look good?

I remember originally when the Cop Joker first started shipping, all the in hand pics of it looked wonky, even the hats that were pushed all the way down.

It sort of reminded me of a chef's hat, if that made sense. Really odd and cheap looking.

However, when I got received my DX set, it was fine in person. It didn't look strange at all.

I find it funny that this is the 89 BATMAN thread and there is only talk about the 89 JOKER figure and we haven't even seen the Batman yet.
