I think a watanabe Ras would have a better shelf presence compared to neeson one.

It's more appropriate to me considering that was what he wore when he fought BATMAN.

Exactly. He is fully the villain then. And that's what I would want to complete the Batman villain shelf.

I still never fully understood that. Watanabee was just some kind of decoy right? But Neeson was just Ducard at that time too. How did he become Ras?

Hey all.... I've been trying my best to keep up with this thread, following the decreasing prices and looking for the best deal.

I know this is available at toys2.net for just shy of $400, but I came across this on ebay, and reading over the trouble some folks have had with ebay regarding this release, I just figured I'd ask for some feedback regarding this listing before making my decision. I haven't seen this one mentioned (though if it has been and I missed it, apologies).

If all seems legit with this link and nobody can give me a reason not to buy from them, then I'm going to go for it as I am only interested in getting Scarecrow and although its pricey, don't mind paying the $250 plus shipping to ensure that I do in fact get him.

Any help / feedback will be appreciated!!

Just make sure you use Paypal so you have buyer protection. If he doesn't show up within 40 days, file a dispute, because you can't after 45 days.

Other than that, you should be covered and it looks fine to me.

that's not true. if the seller has no $ in their paypal account ie they've withdrawn their $, you get $0.

You could also open a case with eBay if there's a problem. It can be a huge pain in the butt though.

I thought it was a nice twist to the origins of Ra's' character and the whole lazarus pit phenomenon, which clearly would not work in the Nolanverse. Still a part of me thinks Ra's never dies in the train at the end of BB.

Guys - I have the chance to buy this set for $420 ($370 + $50 shipping to UK), any UK freaks out there that know of a better deal than that?

That works out to roughly £265 shipped.
