Hmm strange... as you can see from the picture below, I took the rubber suit off. This was to see where exactly the right arm and elbow were not cooperating in staying in bent position. Once without the suit, the whole arm felt just as tightly articulated as the left one, so I put the suit back on and the problem had disappeared. I didn't do anything extraordinary and the joints went back to being tight. Strange.

awesome, mine had the same problem, i just rolled up the sleeve and bent it again and now its fine :D

I'm impressed Commtech. I wouldn't have had the balls to try and pull up the upper torso of the rubber suit. The legs, yeah, they're basically like pants but the upper torso seems like it would be a pain. I'm sure you had to contort those arms. I would imagine it was a little difficult?

Anyway, good to see that your arm is fine. Hopefully when you put the suit back on the arm keeps the poses.

Also, I just noticed that the True Type body limbs seem to have a combination of different colored parts. A dull black and a gloss black. I wonder if that has any bearing on the strength of the plastic. It looks random like they had a bin of different parts and Frankensteined it. Gray knee caps, black shins, gray torso, black arms etc.

Get that mask from the Green Goblin and you could have a diorama from the scene where Bruce is spraying the suit!!

I'm confused :slap How would the Green Goblins mask fit into the scene of Bruce spraying the Nomex Survival Suit for advanced infantry?:dunno

Please explain man

Maybe the rubber at the shoulder was somehow twisted or tight at the shoulder and it acted like a rubber band where it pushed the shoulder to its original position making it look like it was broken. Either way, good to have a solution to your problem.

I think he means this,

:lol

Probably the Goblin snowboarder mask (which looks nothing like the mask Bruce Wayne has there by the way).

Who knows though. Anyone's guess is as good as mine.

Yeah I thought the New Goblin mask looked a bit different, nevertheless it's a cool idea and there should be a mask out there that resembles the actual one used

Sorry, no video of the process. I did take some pictures afterwards of where I had to "pull" to unglue the suit. The pulling off of the glued seams was scary but it was relatively easy. It came off really nice.
I'm actually not getting a replacement body. I just put a claim for a right boot with broken socket. I didn't find out about the loose right arm until after I had put the claim. But as mentioned already, the arm is not loose anymore after taking and putting back the suit. I want to mention that I did try the suit on an advanced true type, but because of the thickness of the upper arms and the wideness of the back, the arms wouldn't go all the way down, like in straight military position. Now I understand why the stock arms are so thin. Plus the advanced didn't make much of a difference.
As someone mentioned/asked, because I was being really careful, it took me a while to take the upper part of the suit off and put it back on, contorting the arms a lot. However, it seemed pretty strong with all the stretching I did on it. So yeah, that's good news. It's not as fragile as we thought and it stretches really well taking it's shape back with no problem.
Ok, here are some pics of where to pull off the seams. If you see any small cracks, it's not the rubber, it's the glue. The flash makes everything look more exaggerated, even the dust signs, so ignore that.:

Here it is back on the figure and just waiting to glue it back. I'm waiting to get UHU glue. I'm not going to use crazy glue because I think it's too strong and will eat the rubber.

I forgot to mention that I noticed some oily stuff on the body (especially on the legs) once I took off the suit. Not a lot, just a bit. I think they applied that so the rubber suit would slide on easier on the body. When I put the suit on the regular advanced true type, it left a few black stains on the body. I believe it was from this oily stuff.
All right freaks, I hope this report was informative.:wave

By the way guys, the best way to take off the dust from the rubber is to take a piece of masking tape and use the sticky side on the suit. All the dust will stick to the tape.;)

Thanks for that info. I was wondering after I seen you had removed the suit, how an advance would fit. I too thouhgt his arms looked thin. Good to know why. :hi5:
