Doesn't change the fact that the MOS Superman figure was bigger than the Reeve Superman figure. There's still an inconsistency even if we accept this line of thinking that the character height is what's important. People simply would like consistency. Hot Toys needs to make up its mind what 1:6 scale is and stick to it.
Wait...this is really a concern of yours?...lol

It's apparently a concern of a few people. I didn't bring it up, I just chimed in. :dunno

But why wouldn't you want one ''1:6 scale'' figure to be in scale with another ''1:6 scale'' figure?

And as you can see from the trailer, Bruce Wayne is taller than Clark Kent.

MOS Supes is a ginormous figure, ridiculously so.

I'd be all for it but I doubt HT will resize him.

The MoS Superman was simply the wrong scale, it has nothing to do with character or actor heights. Hot Toys completely goofed on that line, the figure's proportions are wrong and it doesn't compliment the scale of any other of their lines. Imagine them doing a figure with hands as big as the figure's feet? How ridiculous would that be?

More fuel to the fire: Line up all of HT's Black Widow releases sometime for a good laugh.

I can't wait to discover that Batman Returns Batman is an inch taller than the '89 version and has a larger headsculpt. That won't be annoying in the slightest.

Truth!

You're kidding. They're all different sizes?

Let me help you with that

and the Iron Man 2 version is taller than those two, I already put that one inside the box, so it will need more time to take a picture of the three of them :slap

Wow up until those pictures I always said (having neither) that the WS Widow was the one I preferred over the AoU one but now that close up has my mind changed (though I still prefer the costume from TWS film). May just be the hair and the makeup paint apps but the AoU version looks like a different head all together.
