It has a nice strong hold but it stays flexible, so it's perfect for rubber.

Where you getting the $90.00? Do the mod and rub the rubber on the boot off? No thanks.
Nope, when I got mine. My boot was broke. Thankfully Sideshow replaced it. So now it's fine. What's wrong with yours? Ankle in the boot broke?
i know how you feel about moding figures, but where have you seen evidence that the fix leads to 'rubbing the rubber off the boot'?
The only problem with the fix that I've seen documented was a stretched out boot. But that can be avoided by working fast.
I was the first to do this mod, and am sharing it with my fellow collecter to help them out and save them money. I did both boots and nothing rubbed off. If you don't want to do the mod, that's fine. I'm not getting anything from it, just sharing.
Any fixes out there for a shiny spot on the forehead?
Mine had it. I didn't even notice it at first. I took my finger nail and gently scraped that area and mine came off. So I don't think it was paint or anything, at least not on mine. Maybe it was from that clear tape. Christ, how many problems did this thing have?
Really loving the Takara clips.
I'm going to be contacting lforigno about a BB cape this weekend, which one should I get? The one on ebay or the hero velvet? Is there any real discernible difference?
Great pic Mags!
Thanks for the pics guys. Man, it's a tough decision. Now, I have his velvet TDK cape, is that the same length as the old BB velvet cape? It doesn't seem as long as the BB but it's hard to tell without seeing it in hand.
He has both the velvet BB and TDK cape on ebay now. That's where I got mine from.
I have a pretty odd question. My bats has some peeling happening, is there some sort of solution I can use to remove the entire dull coat?
