Is Enterbay the same true 1:6th scale as Hot Toys and Sideshow ? Like as opposed to Medicom which is like 1:7th scale ?

Yes their 1/6th figures are true to 1/6th scale unlike Medicoms. But their upcoming Batman Begins figure is 1/4 scale.

Man, how can you guys just drop your second (third if you count the very first one) chance like that? Still got my old OC and this.

Maybe they'll release this suit a fourth time.

^^^

I was focused on filling in my SSC Joe collection. Sold my Batman for $295. Really only made like $50 on him. Oh well. I'll be getting all TDKR merch as well as a second chance at the Tumblr. It'll be okay.

I've noticed a lot of people favour posing this guy with his fists kinda curled in towards his legs. Does he actually do that in the films. Its not exactly a normal position for a persons hands to be in.

I like to think of it as the "silently raging" look.

I still wanna know how that one guy got the kneeling pose that was in the Hot Toys press photos. That seems absolutely impossible without tearing the suit. I don't think the dude ever responded to any questions.

I believe it is. If you're a badass.

If you add the mean face its more like ''silent tantrum''

In my opinion it's the straight wrists that look like he is about to have a tantrum. It's actually a big peeve of mine every time I see someone pose a figure with fists and the wrists are straight, and I have a hard time not saying something every time. A little bend in the wrist is all it takes to make the figure look badass instead of "hissy fit".

I almost believe this to be objecitivly truth, but I'll add: In my opinion. :)

''I'm clenching my fists so hard my wrists are curling under the pressure'' kinda thing. It does kinda look like a 'hardman' position, it just isn't the most comfortable thing to keep one's hands like that.

:lol just to humour the people who are sensitive about anyone that doesn't type IMO after every four words.

But few of those things, have any place on this forum. In a place like this, where most arguments boil down to: "my personal, visual preferences, force me to tell You good sir, that the figure You like so much, looks like ____", "IMO" should be a preface to almost everything. Basically, the disclaimer from a-dev signature, should be put above the forum logos, in a picture where two cherubs are flying on angelic wings, holding between them a scroll, with that signature written in italics. ;)

Toy dollies. Serious business...

My disclaimer arose out of being accused of thinking I speak of objective facts when giving my views on figures. Just my way of saying ''then stop reading my posts like that. Its your problem, nothing to do with me if you choose to perceive my posts that way - because I'm not going to ____ing type IMO after every paragraph, its tedious, both to type and to read!!!''

Yeah but there are times where some people try to counter pretty objective facts by saying 'that's just your opinion'. That can get very irritating.

Anyway, back to the topic...

When you see a Superhero posed with fists at his side in comics or statues you will almost always see a bend in the wrist to varying degrees.

All of those poses would be diminished if the wrists were straight. ^^^

To me when people pose there figures with the arms sticking out straight (including the wrists) all I see is this:

To be fair, I may have had his wrists bent in a tad too much on those last shots. Here he is with what I think looks like a very comfortable 'badass' wrist pose:

And here he is in the identical pose with straight wrists:

It's sublte, but I really think the bend in the wrist adds a lot.

What really drives me nutty is when I see the arms all stuck out like sticks on some people's figures:
