Re: Possible Hot Toys DC TV license?

It is interesting that armored bats is releasing first. I just lost a bet with a friend that also collects.

Damn, if only we had a member here that was TRULY in the know or was in the industry and had the hook ups, that person could've told us exactly what was going to be in the upcoming release picture. And I don't mean blanket wide statements...I'm talking about TRUE knowledge of what and when something will be released.

Then I wouldn't have lost the bet. :gah: Kind of a shame we don't have anyone here to do that.

Lmao. On another note, the finished paint application on the armored Bats is killer. The individual who completed that was definitely fastidious when it comes to their profession.

I wouldn't let him or her collect that bet just yet.

TFA Finn was never shown in any "Upcoming Releases" photo, but released in HK a few weeks ago. Still entirely possible that regular Bats releases next week, for all we know.

Yeah man, they did a sweet job on the figure.

Ugh! A month and a half away for us Americans!

I wouldn't let him or her collect that bet just yet.

You're right. Good looking out.

Will wait till we see which one lands first.

Yeah that happens and HT just gets figures out not being featured in those Coming Soon pics...maybe they just want to publicize those more...but I think we could see regular Bats this month or next. Those coming soon releases could be released within 1 week to two months- no real reliable reasoning on that...

I know it's an old pic but does anyone think that batman will be smaller than superman based on this pic? Panic!

Wait...people were looking at the figures in that pic?

Oh right...yeah, I was checking out the figure. And my conclusion is no, batman will not be breasts.

Well, with the Hulkbuster pushed back ANOTHER YEAR I'll have no difficulty getting this; earlier someone mentioned the armored version coming out first, is that the case...looks like this should be dropping any time now?

That faceplate looks photoshopped. But even still, looks miles better than the proto.

I'm still on the edge on getting armoured bats. I can't justify three batmen from one movie

As I mentioned to Brooklyn earlier, despite Armored Bats being shown in that "Upcoming Releases" photo, it's still entirely possible that this figure (Regular Bats) releases first. For example, on the Star Wars side of things, TFA Finn released a few weeks ago and was never teased in any "Upcoming Releases" photo. For all we know, this figure could all of a sudden pop up next week in HK.

Honestly, if it accurately matches the movie and has decent articulation I would be willing to wait until xmas.
