its so odd. when this figure was first shown there was a ton of complaints about the head sculpt. now, thats one of the reasons myself and others love this version!

So many times with figures, opinions of people change literally from week to week. Comic book and toy collectors as well as superhero fans in general seem to be the most fickle groups of people I've encountered. Sometimes, I think they confuse themselves because they don't even know what they want.

Same here, this figure was a day 1 PO for me.

For the record, still no email for me either. However, I suppose June 9th is the day and it's possible I'll see the status as reading "Item(s) Shipping Soon" tomorrow evening.

It's unlike SSC not to send a notification email, but there have been a few rare instances where I didn't receive anything and a figure charged. Also, someone said earlier SSC was having email issues, so who knows.

Ill find out by tomorrow evening if the status of my order states "Item(s) Shipping Soon".

You must not get into the Star Wars section at all. There has never been such a hive of fickle wafflers. Or, like you said, we collectors just take our toys way too seriously. Between knockoff companies stealing your work and us fans constantly berating them, I'm not sure why anyone would want to get into the high-end collectible market these days.
