Disney owns a lot of stuff, who knows they may have paid off rotten tomatoes, and other critics to slam DC comics movies. Everyone I have talked to love suicide squad and bvs with me also . Haters gonna hate, at the end of the day all that matters is if you love it.

Haha everything is a conspiracy

She's so beautiful. I wish the HT figure looked more like her. I'm really hoping for an improved sculpt, or repaint which brings out a better likeness, for her solo film figure. At the rate it's taking this figure to come out... who knows when we'll get the new version? :lol

me too at this rate ill wait for her solo movie which im so excited for!!! omg shes so gorgeous love this pic of her :love

If the WW movie isn't better than SS I think I'll either scream or cry :lol I enjoyed BVS but after the critical hammering that and SS have taken this movie needs to be good. Crazy that its taken 70 years for her to get a solo movie, I want it to be the first of many and of course create some positive buzz leading into JL.

It'll get better reviews than SS. And not necessarily because it will genuinely be a better film.

If WW gets bad reviews, the DCEU is doomed.

If JL gets bad reviews, the DCEU is doomed.

If Flash gets bad reviews, the DCEU is doomed.

If Shazam gets bad reviews, the DCEU is doomed.

If Batman gets bad reviews, the DCEU is doomed.

If JL2 gets bad reviews, the DCEU is doomed.

If Justice League doesn't do well they'll be in a bad way. Wonder Woman I feel like can do only moderately well as long as the reviews aren't terrible. If it does really good that's good but it's not as important overall in my opinion.

Marvel didn't really gain traction until after the success of the first Avengers film, so it took roughly four years. With the exception of perhaps the first Iron Man film, all of Marvel's Phase 1 films were all sort of "meh" with audiences.

I personally thought MoS and BvS blew away any of Marvel's Phase 1 stuff. SS I thought was better than most of Marvel's Phase 1 stuff.

Why can WW only do moderately well? I disagree it's not important after waiting 70 years for a solo movie. In my lifetime the only DC character to have great movies is Batman. That over reliance on one character needs to change. A well received WW movie would be a good start.

Very true- but don't go over to the BvS thread and SS thread where the Marvel sheep flock in droves:lol

If the WW film is good you can bet it will do VERY well at the box office. Crowds will support it.

It wasn't only Iron Man. Phase 1's Thor resonated with audiences as well. I'm a fan of MOS but if I had a choice between rewatching BVS or Thor, I'd pick Thor.

As far as Marvel Studios gaining traction, you're right. Didn't really happen till after the Avengers movie.

:exactly: WW is a cornerstone of the DC universe, they have to get this right. As much as I love Batman I'm tired of him being the only DC character WB can get right. I'm very confident Affleck's Batman movie will be great but at the very least we need quality Superman and WW movies to go alongside it. With a more hopeful tone promised I'm more optimistic for JL. A Superman sequel without Snyder at the helm would be welcome to.
