Any one of these recent pics would be perfect for a WW sculpt. I love the way Gal is able to convey so much just through subtle changes in facial expression.

:exactly:

Just something as little as shifting her eyes brings so much presence to the character IMO :lecture

Well I wouldn't say perfect..that muttered accent and missing cleavage could be better representing an Amazonian goddess, hope the solo film proves me wrong

Well I did say in my opinion :lol I know plenty disagree. I think the character is better represented by someone as athletic and strong as Gal than a glamour model style physique.

What does cleavage have to do with a perfect Wonder Woman? Yeah, to each his own.

Well the "perfect" representation of a Amazonian women would be without a right breast so the cleavage would be non existent

Comic's always have exaggerated features, impossibly big muscles, cleavage etc. Just look at the size and shape of Batman's head in your sig :lol Live action interpretations will always be different. If the character's running around in battle with a huge cleavage on display it would look more like soft porn or a cheap halloween costume. I'd say they struck the perfect balance between her natural beauty and a battle ready superheroine look.

I guess you guys haven't picked up a WW comic in a while :dunno :lol

Lol! It's awesome you've been paying attention sir! :D But I honestly don't think cleavage has anything to do with a good interpretation or translation of Wonder Woman from comic book to live action.

I personally like her accent though. Its' ambiguity lends itself to what could possibly be Amazonian. Although, I'm sure we'll be getting different accents from the different actors portraying Amazonians in the Wonder Woman movie. So there goes that.

I never said it had to be huge cleavage :lol

I get what your saying and beg to differ about exaggeration between Hollywood and comics.. Cavill and Batfleck do everything to match the comic physiques with the abs, traps, muscles showing etc.

And are you kidding me about the females, look at Harley in SS. They did everything possible to make her nipples stick out her shirt without exposing them to the audience.

Let's just say that Gal can hulk up as much as she wants but she will always have a Physique of an international model..it's just her DNA. And unfortunately WW will always be portrayed as a busty sexy Amazonian type of woman.

That's just like her character has always been perceived as.

While you do have a point, Harley's character and interpretation in SS was meant to scream sex and promiscuity. That was inherent to her character in the movie. The same doesn't necessarily apply to Wonder Woman's character.

And if you're concerned with her being sexy, isn't that just a matter of taste? That's totally subjective right? There are a lot of people out there who view Gal Gadot's WW as sexy without the cleavage.

Cavil and Affleck are big by human standards but the comics and animations still exaggerate those dimensions in most interpretations. Not saying that's a bad thing btw, I love the art, just don't think you can make a direct comparison to live action.

I'm not an expert on anatomy but I'd suggest its extremely rare for females as tall and trim as Gal to have a large natural bust. I think they made the right decision prioritising height over bra size. Gal has been a real life soldier and maybe that's why shes so convincing in battle scenes whilst still looking the part as a goddess. I'm not sure who else they could have cast that would have filled both criteria quite so well.

Harley is always more sexualized than WW, in large part due to her abusive relationship with the Joker. I'll resist analysing Margot's nipples in SS :lol Again I think they got her look spot on in the movie. It's always a fine balance with live action, same with the men in their skin tight costumes, making them comic accurate enough without looking too silly. Comics and animation never have to worry about that balance.

Agree with these.
