The red might be painted a bit more vibrantly and the boots might be slightly different, but I'm not seeing a ton of other differences at the moment.

It's not just the colors. The bust cut is different. The shape of the corset type section has changed. The gold trim has a different shape.

That's not always the case. Usually when its resused sculpts and parts and within a year or two the price is the same or less (black widow, war machine, hulk, Thor, hawkeye all had subsequent figures that where either the same or lower priced)
I kinda want the WW movie version more. I know it's not that much different, but I prefer the brighter colors to the faded/worn colors. The old school boots are cool too... I really didn't see much of her outfit in the JL trailer, but if the JL team promo pic is any indication, it's pretty much the same as the BvS outfit. Maybe a little cleaner, the red looks a bit deeper but that could just be how the picture was edited. Either way, i'm skipping the BvS version for either of the latter versions. Hopefully they come up with a better sculpt by the time the JL version is out.

They both look the same, just the colors are brighter because its "newer" timeline-wise.
I think I prefer the muted colors better. Either one of them look great though.
I'm more concerned about the head sculpt.

Wonder if they made the colors a little brighter in the solo film being that she's the titular hero in it? It seems the muted colors flow better with Superman's and Batman's suits, so perhaps they have her colors muted a bit when with the rest of the JL.

I think its brighter because timeline-wise, its newer. The one on BVS has been "used" over the years thus losing its luster.

It will be nice if they will make WW in her golden costume as she wears in the movie . its original and fresh. I prefer BvS colors looks more realistic. Brighter version is more animated for me. But costume is same just shield is different. and boots are slightly different too.

The belt area for the WW movie doesn't have silver detailing like in BVS. The tiara is different as well; more of a gold color. Her sash also sits on the opposite shoulder. Interestingly enough, HT added striations and lines to the armor on the BVS figure, even though it doesn't look like the screen-used suit had them. I would hope their solo WW figure doesn't have these.
All this plus the cloak equates to more than enough reason for HT to make another figure.
