Will this be a two in one as how captain america is super soldier and then he is Captain America. or will it be two different versions and will we be seeing the suit redesigned in this movie or will he stay in WWII for the entire movie.

Tigerknight, I would assume that he would stay in this the whole movie since he is then frozen in ice in 1945 and later found by the Avengers, that is if they stick with the comic outline.

The original synopsis was that First Avenger would have bookend pieces of modern time, his finding in the beginning, followed by the story and actual film to end with the unthawing. It was then supposed to be with him modernizing in The Avengers taking on a modern costume and leading the team. A lot like the Ultimates set up.
Remember originally that Cap and The Avengers films were supposed to be a month apart.

I'm Hoping it won't have a rubber suit either
I wasn't too happy when I received the Latest Batman, with the Rubber suit! The Same for Thor, Hate to see a Rubber suit on him too!

there was an interview with chris evans a while back. what he basically says is that he actually wears a more modern looking spandex costume as a publicity stunt during the USO shows.
In actual combat, he still wears it, but puts a Pair of combat fatigue pants, and a leather jacket ontop of it.
The spandex gets trashed, and the steel shield is ruined, So he goes and talks to Stark, and has Him make him a more advanced costume, and a better shield made from Vibranium.

it has a very... motocross/ motorcycle armor look to it

also, in the interview with eddie Howard said they were trying to get away from using rubber.
in addition, this is covered with straps and buckles, so no need to encase the guy in it.
