I dont think it looks like crap, but the head does look exactly the same as the one used for marcus.

you guys criticising this are fn crazy. looks like an awesome item imo,. and how is the body "unimpressive"? It looks exactly like the costume and is well painted. The arms are really good too. Artticulation is almost completely hidden.

Wow didn't take that long for people to trash the sculpt. To me it's too hard to get a full grasp as to good or awesome he will turn out. Movie first then dollies.

Saw the movie this past Tuesday...wasn't impressed. Too much mucking around with the original story and they blew it imho. Of course the CGI was pretty good but I'm not so sure the 3D added much. If you liked Transformers, you'll probably like this movie. If you are a huge fan of the original, you may leave a tad bit dismayed.

So that means no figs from this movie for me...but the proto looks promising.

Sure if you like big effects...the story was missing some heart though, didn't you think?

Particularly if you compare it to the original. I don't want to start discussing spoilers but just wanted to know if you enjoyed it for its blockbuster look or if you thought the story was well told?

I liked the effect but no I thought the story had plenty of heart. I enjoyed the journey and him just wanting to do things like a normal man.

in the end, his "normal man" bit didn't hold water because if not for the help of the gods he would have majorly failed.

I don't think it was a pooper but it wasn't as solid as the original.
