Definitely agree. I'm waiting for more Star Wars items. I don't have any Hot Toys in my collection but if they make this i'd definitely buy. I held out on the ESB Luke just because I'm waiting for a ROTJ Luke. That's the Luke I really want but will pick up the Hot Toys ESB Bespin Luke Down the road.

Really though, why should they? Its not their license, they are at the mercy of Sideshow when it comes to choices and they have to share profits. Not exactly the ideal business relationship

That's true. For all I know, it could be Sideshow shooting down any figures HT wants to make.

Didn't realize this. No wonder they trickle out when compared to HT Iron Man, Batman and Avengers. If HT had the full license or even the humans free and clear and did not have to share $, they'd probably release 5-6 a year as opposed to one every couple of years if lucky. Sucks.

Solid point and I would agree 100% if not for the multiple releases we've seen from T2, which is a property that SS holds the licence to as well.

Though I do think you're on to something... Why split profit with SS, a company that already profits from HT as their North American distributor, when they get a bigger chunk from Marvel or DC or whatever.

The '66 Batman stuff is the main attraction this year for HT I guess.
