If they do a Vader, I guarantee you that HT will do one whether SSC is doing one or not.

I'm pretty sure it's been made clear that they can only do what Sideshow lets them do. If Sideshow says "No Vader", Hot Toys won't be making one whether Enterbay/Medicom is doing one or not.

So do you guys think this fig would look ridiculously small next to the SSC Vader. I think it would be cool to display them crossing light sabers like in ESB. Does anyone have a clean shot how Luke originally was sized up next to Vader?

Considering how awesome it would be to get a Jedi Luke, Bespin Han, Chewbacca, new ROTS Obi-wan and Anakin, etc., I have no idea why anyone would be chomping at the bit for a Darth Vader.

Jedi Luke would be my dream HT SW figure. I really hope it gets done eventually. Although HT usually gets better with their likenesses as the figure lines progress so I'm glad they didn't start with him.

SS's Jedi Luke got me hooked on their stuff and it's a nice figure for $50 but I'd love an HT version.

Oh jeez, if HT went all-out on a Jedi Luke like they've done with Bespin Luke and/or Jack Sparrow, I would love it. They probably won't do it anytime soon because all the haters would be "Another Luke already?!?! We want Darth Maul!!!"

I welcome multiples on their SW line whereas I don't on their other licenses. That said, I'd still like a good variety.

Agreed. Give me a good bespin han, chewy, and a slave leia to start the ROTJ line. Then give me Jedi Luke and a reveal head Vader.

When all those are said and done they can go on to do all the prequel figs they want. It will give my wallet a break.
