so you think someone made this fake just to rattle a few collectors? Is that the Sideshow outfit he's wearing then? Seems like a lot of work for a gag that will be exposed in a few weeks, maybe days now.
ill say this is fake and not HTs version. Until I see other photos, I'm not falling for it.
im suspicious because if this was displayed somewhere you would have other people with photographs of it. Seems like these were all shot by the same photographer.

I think the regular head looks pretty good, but I preferred the prototype look. The bd head doesn't look too great from what I've seen, but we'll see when he gets here. Clothes look weird, but he may need to be futzed. However, Hot Toys don't usually need the futz treatment, so again, we'll see when he gets here.

But....Its not. This is indeed the final production piece. A guy on Facebook Yu Fuji took the photos from the HT Japan window display. This is it. I know its painful, but thats the reality of it.

We are officially in the denial phase now indeed.
Well, Im still getting it. I got Indy so it would just be wrong to not pick this up.
As someone hated who the early SSC Boba Fett pics and hated the inaccurate green even more in hand, I do not think this figure looks as awful as people are making it out to be.

I must admit I thought the pictures looked a little suspect. The box isn't the same box that's in the official photo (unless its the back), having indiana jones on display next to it also made me think this might be an old photo.
If this is it then basically - it's ****. I'll flick it on Ebay at a loss probably, might even be better parting it out.
I'll wait for the in hand but it's not looking good. No wonder it was priced at $300 - to good to be true.

I know some guy on FB took the pics, but that doesn't mean that they can't still be suspect. Where are the others? If this is to be a simultaneous release like INDY we shouldn't have ANY pics yet. And if it's not there should be a TON more. With a hugely popular figure like this, ONE guy on FB has only taken a few shots????
And like OMG stated, he usually gets the figure first, BEFORE the JP store!
