The fact that they know (and we know), a HT Vader would KILL a Sideshow Vader, yet they still won't let them do it, is just selfish

Since Sideshow is still making Vaders, they won't license HT to make one anytime soon. Why let a compete? If they could figure out how to do Chewie, they might give them an expection there.
